1 BR apartment, sleeps 4, FREE PARKING, FREE WIFI, NO RESORT FEES. Conveniently located one block from WAIKIKI BEACH, this NON-SMOKING unit is close to a variety of activities including the Honolulu Zoo, Waikiki Aquarium, Shopping, Restaurants, Surfing and other water activities. Relax on the incredible recreation deck offering heated pool, two hot tubs, and BBQ grills. Enjoy cooking in your fully appointed kitchen! The open air lobby offers a coffee shop, convenience store, and beautiful local art. Located on each floor are coin or app operated laundry facilities.
On the 16th floor in Tower 2 with an OCEAN VIEW, this unit features granite kitchen counter tops and is appointed with a full size sleeper sofa and fully stocked full sized kitchen. The bedroom offers a queen sized bed. Included in the unit is also a flat screen TV with cable, and FREE Wi-Fi internet. The FREE PARKING saves $35/day! Height limit on parking garage is 6 feet. High profile trucks and SUVs will not be able to enter garage due to height limit. Check in time is 4pm and checkout time is 11am. Early check in or late checkout may be available and must be inquired about at time of reservation.

Great condo and location
Very clean, great location, only one block from beach, and view of Diamond Head. Parking is convenient and adequate as well. Only issue was one of the four elevators was out of service our entire 5 day stay, making elevator wait times long and crowded.

Convenient Location & Free Parking!
As a first time visitor to Oahu, I found the location was convenient to all of the places we visited on the island (from the city to the North Shore). The city of Honolulu is crowded (especially Waikiki), traffic is busy and parking anywhere was a challenge, except when we arrived home each day. It was great being able to pull into the Banyan's garage and not worry about finding a parking spot. The apartment was exceptionally clean and fully stocked for all our needs. Only one drawback, the A/C stopped working 2 full days before we left. Maintenance checked it out quickly, and it probably needed replacement before the next guests check in. Overall, our stay was excellent and very much enjoyable.

The property including the unit are a bit dated. The couch was well past its prime , the arms were worn and not clean. Directions for the tv would have been nice. The location was excellent , pool and spa ok ! Access to the beach was awesome. The view was really cool.

Great place, the place only had one mug and the gauge on the air conditioner unit did not fully work. I contacted the manager and was told to use the remote for the ac and that mugs would be provided that day. Once we found the remote for the ac, it worked well. Someone brought us mugs within hours. Very responsive. Place was clean and bathroom was newer.

Beautiful cozy condo
Beautiful cozy condo walking distance to beach and shops. My Wife and I stayed for a week, the place looks just like the photos beautiful views from the balcony and bedroom. Free parking is a plus. Parking in the area ranges 35$-50$ a night. Monique was a gracious host readily available for any questions or concerns. Provided eating utensils; towels; beach chairs and more. 10/10 would stay again.
