You will have full access to the 5th floor recreation deck with pool, BBQ area with picnic tables, a covered open Lounge area with tables chairs, and loungers. There is a laundry room also available that uses a credit card to activate the washers and Dryers.

Communication was wonderful - the property management made it so easy to find the rental, and clear steps for the lock box code, suite access, and wi-fi connection. The suite was clean and came with all the amenties showcased in the listing. As for the building itself, it was a prime location. Everything, beach included, was in walking distance and a massive selection of restaurants and cocktail joints nearby. I would absolutely recommend this property.

Well…it was conveniently located. We couldn’t use our room for one day due to shower drain back up, plumbing issues. Cleanliness is lacking. When cleaning employee brought replacement towels, she mentioned her cleaning partner did not do his job well. In addition, deep cleaning has not been done for some time. Dirt and grime on doors, light switches, our feet were black after walking on tiles the first day. Empty soap dispenser, missing supplies; shampoo, conditioner, soap….lack of attention to what was to be expected, per the ad.
