"Great location! Right in the heart of the action. Easy access to the beach - it's right across the street. The hotel had chairs we could use as part of our stay. Towels were easily accessible. Every staff member we interacted with was friendly and helpful. We also took advantage of the free ukulele lessons and bracelet making sessions. We needed to check out late because of our flight time and the staff was very accommodating. The view of the ocean from our balcony was awesome. Overall great experience!"

"I had two separate 1 day reservation (not by choice) which would have made us move rooms. I tried online to have them combined but was told is was not possible. The check in person was able to do it when we arrived which saved us a ton of trouble because the next day we were leaving on a tour that was going to last 8 hours making the luggage situation a problem. That saved us a lot of stress, not what you need on vacation. "
