"Be aware that parking is not on site!!! And adds significant cost and inconvenience. Also be aware this is a virtual experience, and the people you may end up speaking with are not in this country. Check in is quite involved ; uploading drivers license, selfie, etc. It was terrible trying to find parking from instructions. Once I figured all this out, which was really frustrating, I’d be fine with the next virtual experience with Kasa, and I might consider it. Younger generations will find it easier. Not the place to stay for older folks who aren’t comfortable with technology or walking for parking. On the positive side, it was a beautiful place! Actually it was an apartment; not a hotel room, which was not what I expected."
