"The room was as described and quite rustic. We could see gaps around the door and A/C unit which was fine at first, but when getting ready for bed we saw a disturbing large spider walk across the floor. I didn’t get a picture of that @$$ but my estimate is that it had a nickel/quarter sized body with some legs for the fashion runway. Long story long, we decided to sleep in the car instead of the room because of that freakishly large spider trying to provide an unrequested turndown service."

The bed was comfy, and the fireplace and ambiance perfect. The location was close to restaurants and attractions. We recommend this cottage as a getaway for anyone."
