"The lobby was appealing to the eye but breakfast and coffee left you wanting to go get breakfast out. My husband also had trouble sleeping so he was watching tv in lobby at 3am, counter clerk would not let him change the channel, in fact removed the tv remote from the table where my husband was. There were no other guests in the lobby at 3am! The room was ok but the bathroom floor and tub had not been cleaned in a while. Disappointing to have a dirty bathroom!"

"Took a while for me to check in because the front desk person informed me that it was shift change time. There was dried gross shampoo on the shower curtain. My end table light didn't work. The outlet in the bathroom didn't work. It felt like everyone and everything was very loud. You can hear the highway very clearly in your room, not to mention the people. I don't know which was worse."

"Parking was safe and easy. The room was clean. Most importantly, it was warm--even with the heat down to 62F I was very comfortable. Floors were warm, too. The Wi-Fi was strange for my iPhone: I had to first turn on cellular, then connect to Wi-Fi, then I could disconnect cellular. The front desk tried sincerely to help but I had to figure it out. And yet, on my computer, Wi-Fi just worked."

"Unfortunately there was a broken safety latch, tub drain and cabinet cover, as well as the water pressure was so low it made it hard to wash soap out of my hair. "

"Property ran out of tissue and toilet paper. The ice machine on our floor wasn't working and dietary accomodations were challenged but then fulfilled. "
