"We had a trouble and it was nightmare to find the location GPS took us to a surreal haunted place where the building could not match the description of the building what we booked. It was 8 pm and when I tried to call at the number it said, it is not in use. although time to contact these people was until 10pm. A local tourist helped us to find the way out. Flat and property was overall clean but too much hassle to find it."

"The location of this property is amazing - it's right across from the beach with a lifeguard stand; close to stores, groceries, restaurants. Very close to a tram stop if you want to cruise up the coast. The actual unit needs....a lot. It came with nothing - no toilet paper, no soap, no trash bags. We had to pay extra for towels and linens and to have the unit cleaned unless we wanted to do it. (Not sure how we would have done that, there was a vacuum and mop but no cleaning supplies.) After...

"This is a small property but has enough space if you're not planning on spending a lot of time there. We enjoyed all the outside facilities (football, tennis and table tennis) but the internal facilities are basic. The check in was straight forward but you do need to call the property manager so he can let you in. He was friendly and helpful though. "Great apartment with wonderful sea views. Everything that we needed for a great holiday. Communication with Ann was easy with immediate replies. Location was excellent with tram stop outside where you can buy tickets. Lots of bars, restaurants, shops all within easy walking distance. Some nice touches like binoculars to view the many shipsat night. Record player and records, books, games etc. Would highly recommend for anyone visiting Oostende."
