"Heath Farm is a beautiful spot in the heart of the Cotswolds, approximately 6miles from Chipping-Norton. My wife and I were greeted by Brian who helped us with our luggage from the car park to Hazel-Nut cottage. Being the wrong side of seventy was very much appreciated. Brian gave us a very comprehensive brief of the layout and amenities, also a very detailed joining folder which we used considerably very useful for our successful stay at the cottage. "Ideal location for getting the bus into Oxford. Room size, layout and furniture all good. Mattress too hard for me (not a great night's sleep) but fine for my husband. Ceiling cobwebs. Bathroom door needed cleaning. Sink cracked. Bathroom otherwise beautifully clean. Nice toiletries. Wi-fi very patchy. Staff were good and attentive."

"The room was very clean and comfortable except the air conditioning didn't seem to be working and the room was very hot. Staff were extremely helpful and kind. Especially towards our autistic children. They ensured we were seated in a quiet area of the restaurant and were very helpful giving us directions to the local shops."

"Wonderful stay at the Lygon Arms, free and convenient parking. Ideally located right in the heart of Broadway. Bookings for dinner are recommended for both restaurants, excellent cocktails are the bar (no cocktails available at the Tavern). Staff all very friendly and welcoming. Lots of walks right from the hotel. Delicious breakfast with lots of options. The spa has very nice changing rooms and showers. Would definitely return. The two small issues we had was our room was right on the High Street (accessed through the dining room) so there was a lot of street noise in the evening with the windows open during the summer as there is no air-con. As our room was only accessible by walking through the dining room, we were told we couldn't wear the provided dressing gowns/slippers when we had to walk through in the dining room when going to the pool/spa and for a massage, so had to bring a change of clothes. I understand the policy completely, but it would have been nice to have been told this ahead of time and given the option to change rooms. When staying again we will request room off the high street and with freer access to the amenities."

"Wonderful stay at this grand old hotel. The staff couldn't have been more friendly and helpful. Gave me some tooth care kits when I realised I'd forgotten my toothpaste. The room was huge, clean and very comfortable with everything I could possibly need. Only slight issue was the tv functionality wasn't great, a few channels didn't work and casting wasn't working at all, but nothing major. If you are here to see the sights of oxford it's perfectly positioned for walking, public transport, shops, even a cinema. Lots of restaurants very close and the Ashmoleum is directly opposite. Thoroughly enjoyed my stay, thank you"
