"The overall aspect of the property was misleading, the property wasn't of a standard that I would expect from a Vrbo property or any rental property, the cleanliness was far from acceptable, massive cobwebs in a few rooms, stains on carpets, rugs that we really a bad trip hazards, the one at the top of the stairs which we moved, sofa bed not fit for purpose, stains on bedding, dishwasher didn't clean properly, no welcome pack, lights in the small bedroom wasn't working, mold and grime build up...

"An amazing hotel .We have stayed here before and everything about the hotel is amazing. I used the swimming pool,the jacuzzi,had breakfast which was a help yourself full English,cereals,fruit ,yoghurt toast. The bar was reasonably priced and the staff where outstanding. May stay again in the future for 3rd time ."
