"The condo was well kept. It was much smaller than we thought, but we were pleased with the cleanliness. It had all we needed. We had a problem with the smoke alarm. It went off in the middle of the first night and it never stopped. We tried to reset it but to no avail. I covered it in pillows and a blanket to try to silence it which worked somewhat. I probably could have reached out to the owner, but I did not want to bother him. He seemed very kind in our lead up to staying in his place. ...

Aloha Getaway: Luxe Beachfront 3bdm/2bth house - best Molokai white sand beaches
10/10 Excellent
"We were here for almost two weeks and loved it! The townhouse complex is beautiful, right on the beach, with a canopy of shade trees above the walkways and between the buildings. This unit is perfect: when youn enter, is seems like a Hawaiian plantation house. The living room opens onto a screened wraparound veranda, so there is always a nice breeze to keep the temperature just right. Outside the veranda, those before-mentioned trees provide privacy, so you are really unaware that there are neighbors. Best of all, the pool and sun deck (which were often unoccupied) are just steps away from the door. The unit is comfortably furnished and the kitchen well-equipped. We weren't sure what groceries to buy, but we found all the necessary spices, condiments, cooking oil, sugar, coffee were there, so really, all we would have needed was perishables: dairy, fruits, veggies and meat. The refer has an ice machine. There was even a supply of left-behind sunscreen and insect repellant (which was not needed, never saw a mosquito).Last of all Wendy is an amazing host. We do vacay rentals often, and she is by far the most responsive host we have encountered. Thank you, Wendy, for sharing your place with us!"
"The sun set perfectly as the birds flocked and fed to call it a night. The location was very peaceful with nice people nearby. Come prepared as food options are more scarce, but that is Molokai as a whole nowadays.Host was responsive and kept a nice place in a good location. It is a nice find!"
ALOHA OceanFront Condo w.A/C, Molokai, Hawaii Watch whales Dec-April.
10/10 Excellent
"Sigrid’s home was all that we needed for our trip to Molokai. Bed was comfortable, kitchen worked well, living room spacious, bathroom with two sinks was a nice touch. Her condo is functional and the property was in a great location. There’s nothing fancy about it, what you see is what you get. The only really fancy thing is the air conditioning! That’s truly rare on Molokai especially her system! There is central air ac in the living room and bedroom!Sigrid as a host on the other hand was phenomenal. Quick to reply, and made us feel she really cared and valued our opinions, wants, and needs. Thank you for letting us stay at your condo! I miss Molokai already!"
Hotel Moloka’i - AC, Restaurant, Bar, Pool, BBQ Grills, Kitchenette, Lanai, Wifi
10/10 Excellent
"We really enjoy our place, the grounds were spotless and the hammocks were nice touch. We did pick this place because it said they have a Bar/Restaurant/Live music on the premises, which were closed. Not a big deal, we had a kitchenette. We would definitely stay there again.."
Oceanfront Cottage on Kepuhi Beach w/ Ocean View, WiFi, Laundry & Shared Pool
4/10 Poor
"Check in was easy, once we found the cottage. The cottage is located in an abandoned resort. This place would have been beautiful 30 years ago. The cottage was filthy dirty. The kitchen facilities and inside cupboards and drawers was disgusting. I needed to wash everything that we used. WiFi was great and the location was amazing. "
