"It was a pleasant little cozy place. Peaceful and quiet. Host was available if needed. There is plenty to do fairly near by if are looking for some unique experiences. One thing, kitchen sink stopper needs replaced. But found another way to do the small amount of dishes that we dirtied. Overall was very pleased with the experience. Would recommend the place to my family and friends."

"Two friends and I recently stayed at this lovely VRBO, and we'd recommend it to others! For three adults looking to spend a day at the Great Sand Dunes National Park, this home was the option that allowed for the best sleeping arrangement for the cost. Despite it being ~55min drive from the national park, it was well worth it to stay here! The home is quite remote and close to the base of the mountains, which we enjoyed as it allowed for lovely stargazing and a peaceful/quiet environment....

"This property was a perfect home base for our family's trip to Great Sand Dunes National Park. Communication prior to arrival could have been better. I messaged the property owner via the VRBO app the day before check-in and then texted the morning of our arrival because I hadn't received any check-in instructions. Onsite property manager Reed was friendly and welcoming and quick to share helpful tips about the area."

"This was perfect for our family, as five bedrooms (and the washer/dryer) came in handy. The binder on the property was great, and we liked Crestone and the surrounding area a lot. It was a bit of a drive to the Sand Dunes entrance, but we knew that ahead of time, and the location worked well."

I always appreciate when VRBO owners take great care of their properties-it is such a treat to feel like we are in a home away from home. "My family and I had a great time at this home. Our kids loved it as well. We went to the Alligator Farm and Sand Dunes. What a pleasant time we all had. "Not to miss sunsets and sunrises in the valley that you only find when camping here! And being a dark sky park allows the stars to dazzle you at night. Great accommodations and location. The staff is super nice. Only downside is how close the tents are. We came on a holiday weekend and the place was full. Lots and lots of kids running screaming, which made it not so restful for us quiet types. But all of the views made up for the bad people experience."

"So much bigger than I actually thought. Had everything I needed to make tacos! Super cute area. Only on the listing it says check in is at 3pm and check out is 11am but it’s actually check in 3:30pm and check out at 10:30am. No big deal, realized too late so I just went straight to the dunes instead of checking in first. Pup and I had a great time and will be recommending this place to our followers ☺️"
