"When I checked in, there was nobody at the front desk. A drunk man was yelling, slamming a door, and glass was shattering. I had to call a number to get someone to help me. A younger woman came over, but she didn’t speak any English. I explained to her about the man yelling and the glass shattering, but she just looked at me without responding. I asked for a refund because I didn't feel safe; she said no. I then requested not to be near the room where the man was yelling (he was drunk), and she...

"The Inn just isn’t what it claims to be. You’re facing the 101, it’s loud, there’s no quick beach access, dated property, and staff isn’t available from 8A-8p as advertised. Our deadbolt lock broke forcing us to need a handyman to free us from the room before departure (a unique but undesirable circumstance).
