"Clean, friendly, beautiful. Parking accessibility. Line to do valet parking at hotel was down the street as people don't know how to move up. I parked in a garage around the corner which was okay but more costly. Clearing parking options would be great in the future. "

"The grounds behind the unit had lots of trash thrown out there. House cleaning could do much better. Lots of dust on lamp shades and balcony had not been wiped down or swept in a long time. I did that myself,as the cob webs wete ridiculous. This will not kerp me from coming back,but needs to be addressed and units checked out more often for what they clean."

"We were only there for one night so it served its purpose. Room was clean, service was friendly. There were such a large group of students leaving in the morning that we weren’t able to have the free breakfast so that was disappointing. Other than that, it wasn’t that bad of a stay."

"I cannot speak highly enough of this gorgeous property and the exceptional service. I live in Richmond and my mother came into town for my daughter’s high school graduation so it ended up being a staycation for me. From the warm welcome at check-in, to the generously sized room to the amazing customer service, we loved every minute of the three days we spent at the beautiful property. The concierge, Joseph, was so genuinely kind and made sure that my daughter made it to graduation in style. We just absolutely loved everything about our stay and I can’t wait to spend another staycation at the beautiful property."
