"upon checking in I did not receive a King suite that I had reserved but a double queen, when I asked the front desk I was informed none were available, however we had friends that stayed and they had double booked them king rooms, so there was a king available There was a group that cooked out and blared loud music all night Saturday night with no regards to other guest, it went on well past 1 am"

"I had checked in and minutes later got a call about a family emergency and had to leave immediately and was denied a refund request. Also I had to switch rooms because the first one the tub was completely stopped up and water just collected in the tub. The first room smelled of mildew. The second room reeked of pot. There was only one towel. I would rather sleep in my car then ever sleep at this hotel."
