The Space:

Morningstar Breeze combines a spacious three-bedroom home and separate casita, giving families and groups room to gather while still offering additional privacy. The property accommodates up to 10 guests in a quiet, off-grid setting surrounded by tropical vegetation.



Comfortable living and dining areas provide plenty of space to spend time together. Air conditioning and ceiling fans help keep the interiors comfortable, while covered patios and garden areas extend the living space outdoors.



The kitchen is equipped for preparing meals at home, with a refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, and other everyday essentials.



Sleeping arrangements include three bedrooms, each with a queen bed, plus four single beds in an additional sleeping area. The property has three full bathrooms.



Outside, guests can relax among the tropical surroundings and enjoy the covered patios and garden areas. The development’s shared beach club and swimming pool are approximately a five-minute drive from the home.



With space for up to 10 and a separate casita, Morningstar Breeze is well suited to families and groups looking for a quieter base for exploring southern Belize.



Guest Access:

Guests have private use of the home and casita during their stay, including the living areas, kitchen, bedrooms, bathrooms, patios, and garden areas. Guests also have access to the shared beach club and swimming pool approximately a five-minute drive away.



The Neighborhood:

Red Rock is a secluded development in Belize’s Stann Creek District, surrounded by tropical vegetation in a quiet, rural setting.



Hopkins is approximately 18 miles away, while Dangriga and the Placencia Peninsula are approximately 25 miles from the property. The location provides a convenient base for exploring the natural attractions and outdoor activities of southern Belize.



Getting Around:

A rental vehicle is recommended due to the property’s secluded location. After leaving the Southern Highway, the final portion of the drive includes approximately 25 minutes on a dirt road. A 4WD vehicle is recommended during the rainy season from July through November. Detailed arrival directions will be provided before check-in.



Other Things to Note:

- Morningstar Breeze is an off-grid property.

- Internet is suitable for basic use but is not recommended for remote work.

- The shared beach club and swimming pool are approximately a five-minute drive from the home and are shared with other properties within the development.

- A 4WD vehicle is recommended during the rainy season from July through November.
