"You needed to get the keys from different adress and there we got to know that we have to pay 180 zl more for cleaning. This all took a lot of time and check in was pretty late (3pm), although we were permitted to check in an hour earlier after doubletexting, still thanks for that! The apartment were pretty nice, modern and spacious! I liked the balcony and full equipped kitchen, also the sheets were very soft and clean! The dishes were a little unclean and dusty, needed to rinse them first....

Skulle vara bra att ha med i beskrivningen att det är självhushåll, alltså ingen handduks byte, ingen städ och ingen sophämtning. Skulle vara bra att ha en dammsugare på plats? Man kunde få kod till soprummet, men har inte fått svar på mejl så ställde det utanför dörren. Sängen var alldeles för hård för min kropp men mitt barnbarn sov mycket skönt. Smaksak alltså. "Good location. Very quiet or maybe I was lucky no one else was on my floor. Host helped us get in easily. Tv wasn't working, shower gel bottle was broken and floors were not clean. If i could also suggest getting better bed sheets, fitted so they wont slide off. Otherwise it was a lovely apartment, would book again."

Borde förtydligas i texten och stå i punktform högt upp. Köpte till frukost som i sig var väldigt dyr i jämförelse med lokala priser, men även ur en väldigt dålig kvalitet. "Ingen i receptionen kunde engelska vilket var lite problematiskt men fick ändå bra att kommunicera. Boendet var som på bilderna men ena bäddsoffan är extremt liten, en vuxen person får definitivt inte plats där. Vi löste det med att sova tre i sängen men annars är boendet för Max 4 personer och inte 5! Det var även mycket silverfiskar i boendet.. Annars låg boendet väldigt fint och centralt, 10 min gång till gamla stan vilket var perfekt!"

"The apartment was modern and comfortable, but wear and tear needs to be addressed. The freezer below the fridge leaked water onto the floor. When we asked for it to be fixed, a non-English speaking gentleman arrived and concluded with the following word: "Service". The problem was that no service was done during our stay, so we stayed there for ten days with a leaking freezer and a towel to stop the flowing over the floor. Management did nothing to fix the leak."
