Good location an hour west of Madrid Airport

Our last night in Spain, we decided to stay a bit out of Madrid. This turned out to be a perfect spot, an hour or less west of the airport, it was in the country. It met all our needs but would not work for someone with mobility issues, the rooms are up 2 sets of stairs. The restaurant was nice and the food was good. In nice weather there was outdoor seating and there was also a pool on site.

Sehr gediegene Anlage mit schönem Außenbereich. Wir konnten mit unserem Hund, der sehr unkompliziert zur Kenntnis genommen wurde, schön spazieren gehen. Außerdem war das Frühstück sehr gut!

Lugar bonito pero masificado

El sitio está bien pero el problema es que la piscina se llena de gente que solo va a comer al restaurante, siendo los huéspedes los que pagamos las noches los que nos quedamos sin hamacas y sin poder descansar y estar tranquilos. Además se juntaba mucha gente dentro de la piscina, no habiendo distancia de seguridad. El desayuno escaso, solo ofrecen pan con tomate o mermelada, no habiendo variedad para elegir. Cenamos una noche y estaba rico pero habíamos reservado mesa y no la tenían preparada, poniéndonos en medio de la terraza, que pasaban los niños corriendo y nos daban golpes... Además que no había distancia de seguridad con las mesas de alrededor.

Un trato excepcional.

El personal del hotel tuvo un trato con nosotros digno de agradecer y mencionar. Tuvimos un problema con una mascota y nos buscaron veterinario a las 12 de la noche y además nos acompañaron al pueblo hasta la clinica. Después, el día de la salida, nos permitieron tener la habitación hasta las 16 de la tarde por el problema que teníamos. Se portaron con nosotros con una amabilidad que excedía lo necesario. Todo lo demás inmejorable, limpieza, instalaciones, entorno, etc. Es una opción inmejorable para pasar unos días en contacto con la naturaleza. Mejor imposible.
