"Overall good experience. Helen at the front desk was very helpful in a mixup we had. She went above and beyond to help us . The other staff were not very friendly or helpful . Food was pretty good . Room was nice ."

Bedrooms had adequate space but bed was a bit firm for some but others were ok with them. Breakfast was wonderful. Front desk ladies were so helpful with anything we needed. Gave great information and discounts for Mt Pilatus."
