"We checked in with ease. Went to the small workout facility. Went to the pool but it is not a very big pool and there were quite a few kids in there so we passed on the pool. We went to the room to only find out the tv didn’t work. Called the front desk and someone said they would come up and look at it. After about 30-45 minutes, someone came up. He pulled the tv off the wall and could not get it to work. He said sorry it does work and they need to put in a new tv. No let me see if I can find you one or move your room. No compensation for the tv not working. Now let me remind you it is March madness. I was stuck watching the games on my tablet. As much as I paid for this room, you world think it would have a working tv. Also when all the lights are off, there is a bright flashing light where the smoke detector is. Every time I shut my eyes, there was a bright flash every few seconds. If I wasn’t so tired it could definitely make it hard to fall asleep. Wouldn’t stay again"

"There was a problem with the first room and they graciously moved us to another room. When there was a problem with the door lock they also quickly had maintenance repir the lock."

"The pool was freezing. I was having a bday party for my 6 year old we had family surprise us and show up to visit and the guy at the desk said that my visitors had to leave in 15 minutes or I would have to leave. They were going to just go ahead and stay there also but not after that I checked out a day early. The pool was freezing the kids couldn't even stand it."

"There were some cleanliness issues that need to be cleared up. The building is obviously old but they seem to have done some renovations. There was some kind of mold build up in my shower drain, so I just skipped showering since it was just one night. The bedding was a little stained, so that was disappointing. And the furniture was also heavily stained. But over all, for the price I paid, it was as good as I expected. They so clearly clean the basic areas on a regular basis as there was no dust build up, the bed was perfectly made, and the floor was very clean. The staff was also very nice and accommodating. "
