"The BEST hotel in Prague!! Wonderful hotel in the city center, close to Old Town, Wenceslau Square and next door to big shopping center.Very spacious rooms and bathroom, very clean, flooring instead of carpets is a plus for me, great shower, very comfortable bed and bedding, mini fridge in the room, safe, kettle for a nice cup of coffee or tea at the end of a full day walking, very polite and friendly staff, AMAZING and extensive buffet breakfast with wonderful variety and selection, waffle station, fresh omelettes made to order, fruits, cakes, etc etc, staff was brilliant and attentive not letting anything run out. This hotel is beautiful in every single way. Wish there were slippers and bath robe in the bedroom but thats just a small detail, i highly recommend this hotel over any other and would definitely choose again on my next visit to Prague. Booked two double bedrooms during holiday to Easter Markets. All my family had a wonderful time too.Thank you for making our stay so special, you are all doing an excellent job! "

"The whole process was simple and easy. The place was great, clean and had all necessities I needed for the stay. The shower was incredible. Self check in and check out worked out perfectly. I had a little issue with the code for the door but it was resolved within a few minutes. All in all a great stay and I would definitely use it again"
