Not a single street or road has been maintained in the last 20 years.Downtown has all the new construction as far as hotels and arenas, but midtown is the orphan as far as care. Super busy area but lots of options for shopping and dining. We went to Graceland and the Zoo so you couldn’t beat the location.

The area where the hotel is located is very busy with large semi trucks and traffic. I won’t stay there again, and I’m disappointed of how unclean the room was. I’m going to stay away from this area next time I go and look for another hotel.
