None of which is mentioned in the instructions. Also, the sign on the top of the fridge needs attention. The headline is "Before you leave" with no hint that tenants should read it upon arrival to see the internet instructions. There is no book of further information as claimed."

We kept tripping. It should be replaced before someone falls and gets hurt. Otherwise great place to stay. We would stay again."

"This is the ideal place to stay if you're traveling with pet(s). Mindy was a very gracious host. Lots of thought has been put into the amenities offered. We loved the three different decks and the enclosed yard for our dogs. We'd love to stay there again next year on our annual Southern Oregon trip."

"The location was very easy to find and absolutely beautiful. Its a perfect place to stay for two, nice and cozy. The view from the window and porch look out over a creek with an abundance of wildlife moving about on the hillside. Downtown Ashland is very close as well, with many trailheads within a 20 minute drive. We will definitely be staying here again!"

"I really appreciated the quiet location of this property. Close to anything you would want to do in ashland. I stayed for business and worked graveyard shift. I was able to sleep during the day without any interruptions. Might add a small table and chair outside to enjoy your coffe in the morning.
