"Very safe as use a key card for the lift and main entrance after 10pm. Staff were wonderful and so friendly. Room immaculate and beds comfy. Beautiful views over the hills. Breakfast was excellent. Eggs made on request and everything you could wish for at the buffet. Lovely and quiet. Would recommend."

"Fijne en rustige accommodatie! Voor iedereen die het Zwarte Woud wil ontdekken en in rust en stilte wil uitrusten. Wij waren op doorreis en hebben her gecombineerd met een dagje Freiburg. Ook daarvoor is de accommodatie goed geschikt, daar er een treinstation (met rechtstreekse trein naar Freiburg) zich op 5 min. loopafstand zich bevindt. "

"Das Zimmer war sauber. Das Bett war frisch und sauber überzogen. Das Gebäude und entsprechend auch die Zimmer sind in die Jahre gekommen (muss nicht schlecht sein). Die Zimmer sind dadurch hellhörig und man hört wenn im Flur draußen Leute vorbeilaufen; der Fußboden knarzt. Es gibt keine Rolläden oder Verdunklungsvorhänge. Frühstück war nicht angeboten/möglich. Die Rezeption akzeptiert das Übernachtungsentgelt übrigens nur in bar. Zusätzlich mussten wir pro Nacht ca. 10€ mehr bezahlen, als das...
