"The property was perfect for two families to enjoy a New Year break in Cornwall. Despite some wet and wild weather we had a fabulous time thanks to the spacious, modern, well equipped and comfortable property that had everything we needed and was ideal for our group of adults, teens, younger children & dogs. "Property situated on quiet housing estate within 5-10min walk to beach. House just the right size for our group with 3 double bedrooms, well equipped kitchen, lovely south facing garden & good size lounge. Negatives are that all the floorboards upstairs are very noisy, as are the 2 showers, to the extent that they couldn't be used if people were sleeping. We also found a pair of secateurs on the wall outside which was a massive concern as our 5 year old granddaughter was with us! The keyholders...

"Enjoyed our stay Cottage had everything we needed plus a good view to boot Met when we arrived and shown through all we needed. When we were there there was work being done which is good to see that they are always looking to improve. That said you wouldn’t know a builder was there as they were very quiet and reserved. Dog walk field a little squelchy, but nothing you wouldn’t expect with the weather at this time of year. Thanks for having us. On our list of places we will look to return to."
