Die Kontakte waren immer freundlich, entspannt und hilfsbereit. Es wurde umgehend eine Lösung gefunden. Das Wäschepaket war ausreichend und die Ausstattung der Wohnung - speziell in der Küche - war super, es war alles vorhanden. ..

Die Lage der Wohung ist fantastisch, aber in der Wohnung müsste einigen Dingen überdacht und erneuert werden, und entsprechen auch nicht mehr der Beschreibung (z.B. Stereo-Anlage nicht vorhanden - ein kleiner CD-Kassetenrecorder ist keine Anlage) Dauer-tropfender Hahn in der Küche (Reparatur), Sichtung und Erneuerung der Küchenutensilien, Duschschlauch defekt (Ersatz), die Lampe über dem Esstisch ist nicht optimal , da man sich jedes Mal beim Aufstehen den Kopf daran stößt (passt nicht zur Tischgröße), Zahnputzbecher gesprungen (Ersatz), Beleuchtung Küche & Bad zum Teil defekt (Reparatur).

Schöne Wohnung. Mit allem ausgestattet was man benötigt und benutzbar. Der Ausblick ist traumhaft. Der Strand ist nur wenige Minuten entfernt. Wlan funktioniert. Würden auf jeden Fall wieder buchen. Leider gab es nur drei Stühle für den Esstisch und ein zu kleiner Klappstuhl. Ein vierter passender Stuhl wäre gut.

Es hat wie immer alles gut geklappt. Wir sind mit der Organisation und den Abläufen sehr zufrieden. Überprüfung des Duschreglers (Heißwasserzufuhr!) notwendig und eventuell Austausch von Kochgeschirr (große Pfanne) und Reduzierung von Geschirr und Dekogegenständen.

Die Lage übertrifft alles! Die Wohnung war sehr schön, leider aber schon etwas abgewohnt und ein paar Kleinigkeiten kaputt oder nicht voll funktionsfähig..,,. z. B. Backofen Tür schloss nicht vollständig, Wasserhahn in der Küche tropfte, Esstisch zu klein ( wie sollen dort 4 Personen essen?), angeschlagene Trinkgläser, usw. Wäre schön, wenn auf sowas geachtet würde!

Alles war schön sauber und gut vorbereitet (Heizung an..) Danke, wir kommen gern wieder ins Apptm. Heidi! Das einzige Manko: Die Schlüsselübergabe müsste für Gäste ohne Auto optimiert werden. Bei Anreise ist es zu umständlich und zeitraubend, zu Ihrem Büro zu fahren. Der nächste Bus fährt dann erst 30 Min. später..Also - von mir aus auch gegen Mehrpreis für solche Fälle eine Hinterlegung in einem Schlüsseltresor am Haus. Anschaffungspreis ca 50 €. Das würde helfen..
