Clean and quiet. Owners are very friendly. If you are just wanting a place to sleep, it is perfect. Its an old hotel but was perfect for us. Very close to Mammoth Cave and hidden river cave.

Great stay

Very nice place, especially for the price. Only complaint is that the AC was loud and did not work too well, but was still able to comfortably be in the room. Well worth it.

This motel is good for a night or two, but that’s it. The advertising is very misleading. The room on the advertising isn’t the room you get. There is no play ground, no room service, not even a vending machine. Our room didn’t even have a phone and you had to kick the door to get it shut all the way. The bed wasn’t comfortable, but like i said good for a night or two.

No frills motels

One of the only motel during my trip that had a physical key instead of a door card. This is not a complaint, just an observation. My room was on the first floor and I was able to park right in front. My room was comfortable. Nothing to complain about.

Smelled like cigarette smoke.

The guy at check in was very friendly, but I’m glad I only stayed one night. My room smelled like smoke (supposed to be non-smoking) and the bathroom smelled like urine.

The beading was filthy! Some DIRTY sweaty hairy person slept in the bed & the bedding was never changed on either bed. It was disgusting!!! Also, $15 per non-shedding, 5lb dog cost us an addt’l $45 for one night. RIDICULOUS!!! We’ll never stay there again.

The property itself wasn’t bad at all but the owners are very rude and disrespectful. I was coming down from 4 hours away to visit my sister and her 4 month old daughter and he told me and my wife we couldn’t have guests over to our room. Then he proceeded to argue with me over hotel policy in which it does not say anything about having guests in our room. Will not be staying here again and will be leaving reviews on other sites
