Based on the neighborhood of this property parking is extremely limited to non existent. Listing stated air conditioning and Hot Tub/Spa, however the AC unit is an individual unit for one room only. So during our stay which was over 90 degrees, the house was very warm. No hot tub to be found nor was anything mentioned about the hot tub in the instructions/house manual. ...
