"Queen double bedroom was so spacious with a separate seating area. Felt like such a nice getaway. There is even a sparkling water option at the water dispenser. Lemon bars bites in the afternoon were such a nice touch. Will definitely stay here and recommend this hotel whenever I visit Beaufort or the surrounding area."

"So first off people need to remember this is an RV experience and not a hotel experience when booking this place. If you’re not familiar with RV then you will not have proper expectations. Honestly, we thought this place was cute. We enjoyed waking to the sunrise every morning right by the water. We enjoyed the atmosphere, kayaks and loved the outdoor rain shower. I think overall our only complaint was that it was pretty warm in the RV. There is a portable AC but it is on the opposite side of the RV. Maybe centralize it and it would help with the temp control. The toilet did smell but RV toilets must have water kept in the bowl with deodorizer and as long as you did this it did not smell. This is something that must occur after the toilet is flushed every time. Like I said remember this is an RV. We would consider staying here again. Overall the romantic cuteness and amenities outweigh everything. Thanks for your hospitality."

"The property has really nice boat parking which is always a problem for us normally. It was a good price for the location and the owner took care to put things like coffee and some small touches that were appreciated. The location was perfect for us as boaters. It’s not a huge house but everything worked just fine and we had no problems. We really appreciated the easy of both early check in and the check out was very easy because they have a cleaning service come behind you. We would stay here again."

"Lovely quiet house overlooking Core Sound and the Banks. Lots of bird life to enjoy. Bring a pair of binoculars to see the dunes across the sound better. Close to Cedar Island beach for walks, floating, and a chance to see the feral cows and wild horses. The Davis ferry over to Core Banks is nearby and Harkers Island is about 20 min away. The house is clean, well furnished and has a washer and dryer as well. Kim and Sam were very responsive to assorted questions that we had. We will be back next year!"
