"Die angebotenen Räume befinden sich im Kellergeschoss des Hauses und haben Fenster, deren Unterkante mit dem Erdboden abschließen und die sich nur horizontal halb nach unten außen ankippen lassen. Bei geöffnetem Fenster haben alle Gartentiere (Mäuse, Igel, Maulwürfe, Schnecken, Spinnen) direkten Zugang. Küche und Bad werden von mehreren Mietpartein genutzt.
