"was super clean except trash cans in kitchen and both bathrooms wer full when we got there. there was also a lot of construction going on all around the unit and several times the construction workers were blocking us from coming & going & we repeatedly had to ask them to move"

"The Air B & B was amazing. The property and the A B & B was awesone, Clean, Quiet and very comfortable. Although some nights got a bit chilly and this property only had AC no heat. We managed just fine. We left it in perfect conditions according to the directions they wanted it left in. Thank you so much and we will be renting again. We also would recommend this to others. "

"Slips are convenient, safe - gas and diesel are available as well as fresh water. Cabins are clean and the AC super cold. It's the quieter side of the river, so to speak.. not quite as crowded and low key. There's a restaruant/bar onsite (not open Mon/Tue) which is nice if you'd like a drink. As of this writing (6/2026) you can see that there are still post-hurricane renovations going on, but still a great stay."
