"We loved this hotel. Our room was upgraded and the front desk staff were very helpful and friendly. The hotel was close to the train station and the main downtown area. The only negative is the rooms were stuffy as the A/C didn’t really work. It was 23 Celsius the day we arrived. We cooled down the room by opening the window. I"

"The room we rented was in the older part of the hotel and required climbing many flights of stairs to access. If you have accessibility issues this could be a problem as the listing indicates there is an elevator, but it is in the newer part. Having said that, the concierge was very helpful in changing our room. The rooms are clean, the breakfast is okay. It is a short drive to old Lucerne. Enjoyed our stay here."
