Eric and Cheryl were great with communicating with me and any concerns/questions we had. The property was very clean and felt like home. This was definitely one of the best bnb experiences we have had. Check in and check out was great. We will definitely be booking this house again next year for our race team!

Great home convenient location

Visiting our son and his family in Athens. Beautiful home and neighborhood. Our dogs loved the fenced yard and granddaughter loved playground! Really appreciate the bottle of wine our host left us- great place. Will book again next time we visit.

Absolutely fantastic stay

We frequently travel with a work crew of 5-11 people and finding housing for large parties close to our working locations can be a challenge. This stay was incredible. The house itself may be the best equipped rental I’ve ever stayed in — we were able to cook family meals at home even for our large party, and had plenty of cookware and utensils. The home is clean and very well maintained. The location is awesome — close to all necessary services and a couple of towns with restaurant options. Our last evening there we all sat out back and just enjoyed the peace and quiet. This is a truly exceptional rental.

Very nice and very clean place

Came down to Race at Road Atlanta with a group. The house was very clean and spacious. Everyone had plenty of room to spread out. Great location from the track and quiet neighborhood.

Great house close to Road Atlanta

Very large house with a nice 2 car garage, big kitchen, and great living room. Quiet neighborhood. Clean and Plenty of towels, but our first VRBO without shampoo or shower gel. We will stay there again!

Perfect location for us

We had a short trip to see some family. we were worried, because of the location, that we wouldn't be able to find anywhere close by. This house was less than a mile away from our family. It worked out perfectly. The owner was responsive and easy to work with. Thanks again for a lovely stay.

UGA graduation weekend

This house was the PERFECT UGA graduation house. Easy in to Athens and sooo much room. From the huge TVs to the well appointed kitchen, we had a great time. Owners very responsive but the home is so well kept and appointed, we really did not need a thing. We will be back with family for some UGA games and to visit the Chateau.

Fun Bulldawg weekend

The house was clean and comfy! Visiting for UGA college visit and game weekend. It wasn’t a bad drive to Athens for all our activities and it was nice to end our day in a quiet area. I hate we didn’t have time to enjoy the back yard and fire pit but it was also a very nice set up. Homeowners are very nice and very quick to reply to all correspondence. Exceptional to work with.

Great Place for Family

Lots of room; very clean and well equipped for all needs. Huge lovely fenced yard with exposed granite vein. Would be very nice for kids as well as adults.

Work weekend

We had a class to teach in the area and could not find a nice hotel nearby so went looking online for a rental property and came across this place. It was just perfect and a great location. Quiet neighborhood. The host were awesome people that made the process of renting it very easy going and not stressful at all. Everything was just awesome ! Beautiful home, and experience

The home was very nice, clean, except for the spider in tub and no laundry detergent to wash things in the letter left on property. We did not like being accused of breaking a salt and pepper shaker that was already taped and broken pushed back on the counter and the kitchen towels that they stated we took. That was ABSOLUTELY not true. Other than that, the home was amazing and the female host was absolutely amazingly nice!

Moving transition house

We were in the process of relocating from Raleigh, NC to Flowery Branch, GA and needed a place to stay for an extended period of time. The home was absolutely perfect. The backyard is fenced with a nice swing set. The kitchen is well stocked. The garage was a lifesaver. We felt safe and were able To take a deep breathe during a very stressful time. Our hosts were fantastic with quick replies back. We will recommend our friends and family to stay when they visit. Thank you!

Definitely worth every penny. Cheryl and Eric were great hosts and even had a bottle of wine for us when we arrived. We usually do air b&b but this was our first vrbo experience and it was a great one.
