"I highly recommend this ryokan if you are visiting Mt Aso. We stayed at the two storied migi room with a private outdoor tub and an indoor jacuzzi. The space was immaculate and spacious. You must book the half board rate that includes the most sumptuous breakfast and dinner you will find anywhere. You will need to take a bus/train to reach the main Aso area but that we no issue for us. Every staff we met extended the highest hospitality we ever experienced. "

"A really lovely stay at a Japanese guesthouse run by a very sweet old couple. The house is in immaculate condition with charming touches everywhere. To boot, there is a marvellously manicured garden in the European style as well as a private furo bath. The guesthouse owners waited late for us and made sure we were well-taken care of. "The place is clean and the onsen is awesome. The owner is very nice and friendly, help us to call taxi to the train station. Location is good and convenient, near to the lake and Yufuin Floral Village. There are many cafe and restaurant nearby the lake."

"A great little hidden gem in this area - we stayed here as a stopover to our next location. Room was clean and super cozy. Staff was very nice and helpful with us settling in. Location is very quaint and I loved all the statues decorating the place. The bath was super nice! Would recommend staying here and getting the dinner & breakfast experience - the food smelt so good! "宿泊者が2組というびっくり。チェックインのとき、30分後に食事と言われ、これまたびっくり。こちらから指定ができずお風呂もそこそこにすぐに食事となる。前日に宿泊確認の電話があったときに、19時ぐらいになると伝えたのだから、その時に食事の時間を言って欲しかった。 また、「お部屋を広い部屋にしました」と、しかしそこは身障者用で、キーが膝下あたりにあり、とてもしにくく、また、お部屋も広すぎて、トイレも遠くそして、広すぎて落ち着かない。 多分、2組だけだから1つの階にまとめたかったんだと思うけど…これは、そちらの都合であって、私達は不満でたまらなかった。部屋は、元に戻してもらった。 また、氷をお願いしたら有料330円。今まで色んなホテルに宿泊したけど、有料って初めてであった。 コロナウイルスで宿泊者が少なく、なんとか経費を押さえてしようとするのはわかるけど、宿泊目線でないことにとても残念であった。"
