Room was nice though it was ashame that internet nor TV channels were working. Had to get an Engineer to fix it.

Overall experience is okay but not at par as name Welcome by ITC... Hairdryer is not working...We are 4 guests including my 2 kids already mentioned but I had to ask for extra blanket at 11 pm. So it's 3 star out of 5 from my side.
