1920's Cozy Cottage walking distance to Oaklawn !

Newly remodeled 3 bedroom 2 bath home comfortably sleeps 8. The master bedroom has a queen size bed with bathroom, queen size bed in the second bedroom, and a bunk bed (lower full size/twin on top) with trundle in the third bedroom. The home features a dining room, living room and a spacious kitchen with a deck off the laundry room. There is a courtyard just below the large deck with a charcoal grill, and fire pit for relaxing in the evening! Home is equipped with WIFI and Direct Now TV.

We had such a great weekend at the races. This sweet house was perfect. The location was ideal and we just walked to the races. Super clean and comfortable and it had everything we needed. Very safe and charming neighborhood as well.

We attend the horse races every year and we are always looking for the just right property, in walking distance, from the races.This home was very quaint, comfortable and clean. It was perfect distance from the race track. We walked to and from both days we were there. This home is definitely going on our list for stays in Hot Springs!
