โ˜€ Pool is open from the beginning of March thru the end of October and is not heated. Hot tub is open year round.
โ˜€ We use a fantastic house cleaning service that provides clean bedding, towels/wash cloths, and a starter kit for each new guest that includes 1 use of the following items to get you started for your trip: Dishwasher soap, liquid dish soap, paper towels, toilet paper, trash bags and laundry detergent.

Spring break trip

We had a wonderful time with friends and family.. well-maintained facility and great amenities.. Elevator is a great plus. View form the backyard is so scenic and a best relaxing place to spend the vacation.

This house was perfect for a large family. So many great things to say about this property. Rarely do you find a vacation rental with comfortable beds! They think of everything and working with the owners was a breeze. We will definitely stay here again!

Hot Springs oasis

The home accommodated 6 families perfectly. It was very clean and in close proximity of town. We came during off season and cold out but the outdoor area is great for entertainment. The inside of the home is set up very well for entertaining.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay! Property was excellent. Well stocked kitchen, ample towels, and comfy beds. Family area was super comfortable and accommodated our whole family. Loved sitting on the balcony with coffee. Pool and hot tub were great. Staff came out daily to test water. Boat dock was a great amenity as was the pier for access to lake swimming.

Great view & really clean!

Super clean and great location. The pool was nice and relaxing. Having a spot to keep the boat during the stay made it very convenient. Seth, the property manager, was very responsive to messages when I had questions. Would definitely stay again if we take another trip to Arkansas.

Weekend Trip

Fantastic property! Beautiful view, very clean and huge! Great rental for a large group. We had young adults through middle-age and everyone had a great time. The hot tub and pool were great for the younger folks and the deck overlooking the lake was perfect for everyone else. Will definitely rent this property again!

Great stay!

The property was perfect for our group of 18. We had plenty of gathering space, plenty of beds, and the kitchen was amazing, with plenty of everything for our large group! The hot tub was a treat in the cold weather! The elevator was needed for our elderly family members that were with us, too. The check-in was seamless, the host was very helpful, efficient, and communicated clearly with us. Will definitely stay here again when our group next gathers in Hot Springs!

Just as advertised

The house as just as it appears in the photos. This worked perfect for our group as it had bathrooms for each bedroom so everyone had their privacy. We enjoyed the large and well stocked kitchen as well as comfortable outdoor seating. The house is not far off the main road compared to other lake properties Iโ€™ve stayed at which made going into town convenient.

"R" Family Vaca!

All of us enjoyed out stay here! We are a family of 20 - there was plenty of room for everyone to hang out and sleep! The kitchen was great! Sooo much room - 2 of every appliance - including ice machines! It certainly worked for our large family! Outdoor pool/putting green and play area was wonderful too! Great place for a family vacation! Also - the view and sunsets were amazing!

Relaxing weekend with the guys

Had to leave earlier because of a hurricane in Louisiana sadly, but our brief stay was great!! The house is in its own cove away from the city but still close enough to do a quick grocery run or go out to eat. House is very well kept and exactly as advertised. Owners kept in touch and were laid back! We will certainly go again!

Gorgeous Property

This home was the nicest short term rental property Iโ€™ve ever seen! Itโ€™s absolutely luxurious! The wedding party for my daughterโ€™s wedding, and they were blown away. The pool and putting green were the finishing touches. This is a perfect house for large groups! It even has an elevator!!

Perfect house, amenities and location - built for large groups! Clean, fresh, well provisioned, high quality house and set-up. When you have two dishwashers, ice makers, stoves, and refrigerator/freezer and can seat 20 in the kitchen you know this place rocks!

We loved it!

There were 16 people in our group, and we all had plenty of room to moved around and gather. Seth answered every question and was more than accommodating. We enjoyed the kitchen with double EVERYTHING, and the hot tub was perfect. Beautiful home, plenty of bathrooms, awesome experience!

Superb Facility and site

The three story vacation home was fantastic. The rooms were designed exquisitely with luxury everywhere the family room was overwhelming with cavernous kitchen with two refrigerators, two oven, two dishwashers, icemaker. The view was great. Pool, Hot tub. Trememdous value.

Everything about our stay exceeded our expectations. This beautiful home accompanied our family of fourteen with space to spare. All amenities were excellent and provided for a comfortable stay. Location was excellent as Hot Springs marina was a mile away by water for boat rentals and also was The Hot Springs Country Club for golfers. Management checked on us during our stay to make everything was satisfactory. We would definitely stay here again on a return trip. Diane C.
