I will never understand why people complain about needing upgrades it's a historic hotels that's the whole point If you're looking for top of the line amenities is innocent for you but if you enjoy history definitely stay here The staff is absolutely amazing room is clean bathrooms were clean Starbucks downstairs was amazing too!!!

It is a classic old hotel. It is beautiful at the lobby but room smell old. Staff very helpful and kind. If you like modern hotel and resort this is definitely not a place. I love the fact that in a walking distance to the spring bathhouse.

This is a historic hotel so obviously a lot of things were dated and perhaps not the cleanest. But the property itself and pool area are incredible. The staff was helpful and prompt getting us settled for a single night stay on a cross country trip. It's right on bath row/main street with many tourist activities in walking distance including a lovely park and trails. Will have to come back to experience the hot springs spa services one day!

The marble and copper throughout the hotel is beautiful especially the stairs leading to the ice cream store! Best I have ever eaten!! You are in walking distance of many different eating places. Including steak, pizza, Mexican and morning breakfast with pancakes and omlets. But the history behind the Arlington is amazing and what brought us there and it lives on in the rooms with the windows, tubs and showers. Great stay
