Beautiful 2 bedroom 2 bath townhouse on Lake Hamilton. Conveniently located on 7 South just minutes from Oaklawn, downtown and lots of great restaurants. Warm and welcoming. Boardwalk for boat tie up as well as a pool just off the back patio. This condo has all you need. This gem was quiet and convenient not to mention the view!. We celebrated our Anniversary weekend. We just wish the weather was better...Will definitely stay again!

Great location. Nice condo. If we come back to Hot Springs would probably stay here. Only thing we were disappointed in was we thought we would have a better view of the lake from the condo. Overall we enjoyed our stay.

Highly recommend The Arlington for a private mineral bath and massage. Darling townand shopping area. Thank you for your hospitality Hot Springs - I will return.

Wonderful Experience

This property was superb. It was clean, perfectly located, Sheila was easy to work with and was very quick to respond. This was the best VRBO experience I have every had. I have already recommended this property to a friend. We will stay here again if we ever visit Hot Springs for another vacation.

Very accurate description. Well stocked - home away from home. Clean. Great access to the pool. Both bedrooms are upstairs so if there's anyone that has difficulty with stairs, this may be a challenge. Otherwise, very nice place to stay.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The vacation home was very clean, conveniently located, comfortable and had everything we needed (fully equipped kitchen/pool towels) for our stay. Having a community pool a few steps away was a huge plus. We even took advantage of the canal and took our kayak for a spin.

Very nice. Dud ha a little trouble with Kerig coffee pot (full pot portion only) and downstairs toilet. TV was hard to navigate. Found the channel guide in the drawer right begore we left.

Classy Condo!

What a great condo and a great stay! Sheila provides everything that you need to be comfortable, and the location is so close to shopping and attractions. This is such a great place to call home when visiting Hot Springs. Can't wait to return!
