Clearwater Cottage B

Enjoy the lovely setting of this romantic spot in nature. This is a brand-new tiny house, that's spacious and has everything you need for your stay. The living space has a large sofa, smart tv, a fully stocked kitchen, & washer/dryer. The bedroom has a comfy king size bed and smart tv. The bathroom has a standup shower with all the linens provided. Enjoy the outdoor space, front porch with seating, firepit, picnic table, charcoal grill & boardwalk spanning the lake.

Other things to note
The annual Lake Hamilton drawdown begins on November 1 of each year, and the refill will begin between March 1 and March 8 of the following year.

Cute place and relaxing.

When you walk in it has that new house smell which I love. There is a small lake view from the porch. Bed was super comfy and the decor is so nice. Nice clean place. We really enjoyed our night here.

We loved the location and the house. The only thing that was a concern was the shower doors. They are not stable. A guide at the bottom would help. But everything else was fantastic.
