Contemporary Cottage adjoining the National Park! King Bed, Wifi, Deck & Grill!

Completely remodeled 3BR/2BA cottage situated at the base of West Mountain, directly adjoining Hot Springs National Park. Everything in this home is brand new, including the furniture. The space was re-designed with more of a contemporary feel; however, the historic character of the home has been maintained. This is very quiet area of town and has very peaceful vibe. Enjoy the woods and wildlife from the front deck overlooking the National Park! Super close to downtown Hot Springs!

The property is very close to downtown Hot Springs. Hiking in Hot Springs National Park is available just out the front door! If you’re a mountain biker, the incredible Northwoods Trail is only a few miles away. 10 minutes to Oaklawn Casino. The home has a washer/dryer. Complimentary WiFi and new smart TVs in living area and master bedroom. Everything is brand new from the couch, to the toilets, to the beds. Very fresh and clean. Bottom line, if you’re looking for a cool place to relax and get away and you want a location convenient to downtown and the hiking/biking activity, you’ll really enjoy it here!

NEW CLEANING PROCEDURES: We want you to know we’re doing our part to
help our guests stay safe by cleaning and disinfecting frequently touched surfaces such as light switches, doorknobs, cabinet handles, remotes, etc. This is done after every stay. We use a very professional and well-trained cleaning crew who uses only the best professional cleaning products. As an added precaution, we supply additional cleaning supplies for our guests to use during their stay.
