  • Sit back & relax at our newly renovated 1930's country Cottage in a relaxing, country location located in the heart of the city. Cottage has 2 BR, 1 BA. Unwind from a busy day on outdoor covered deck w/ lights. Sit outside & enjoy nature or watch the kids play in the big backyard. Pull into the carport, there's also plenty of room to park your boat here. Energy Park Boat launch is 3 minutes away. We're 5 minutes to Oaklawn Racetrack & Casino, 8 minutes to historic downtown. 2 minutes to bypass.

-Only registered guest on premises. Max of 5 people You will be charged an additional $50 per person per day for unregistered guest.
Do Not disconnect internet inside home. There will be a $75 charge to guest. Internet controls A/C, Door locks and door camera for security.
