We really enjoyed our stay. The home was very clean and well furnished. Check in and check out was very smooth. A few things you may want to check out are the following: the half bath toilet on the main level continuously ran until we opened up the tank to stop it. The microwave light over the oven appeared to be out. Additionally, one of our guests mentioned that the hot tub water appeared to be cloudy. None of our guests planned to use the hot tub anyway and it was never turned on so there is probably a good reason why the water may have been cloudy. We really loved the home and would highly recommend it to others. If we visit the area again we would definitely attempt to rent the home again.

Our stay at the house was amazing. Very updated, clean property, with everything you could possibly need. Very responsive host, even checked on us after a storm. Close to everything you could want to do and places to eat. Loved the hot tub and abing on the lake. Quiet place, lots of TV's with sound system. I would highly recommend this place when visiting Hot Springs!

Great Lake House

Very spacious with all the amenities you need. Clean!! Beach towels provided. Hot tub with great lake views. Excellent swimming off the deck. Plenty of parking. Close to restaurants and grocery stores. Quiet and friendly neighbors. Easy check in and out. Highly recommend!!

Another magnificent stay at one of our favorite vrbo’s! Loved the addition of the outdoor movie screen, we loved watching the baseball game while relaxing in the hot tub on the lake. Already trying to squeeze in another trip!!

House was great! The hot tub and outdoor fireplace at night was the perfect way to end each day

We were a group of 3 guys coming to town for our college roomie's daughter's wedding. We all had our own bedrooms on separate floors and our own bathroom as well. This house is just as beautiful as the pics suggest. The driveway is huge, the rooms are all spacious, the beds are all comfy, and the outdoor amenities are top shelf. It wasn't warm enough to get in the lake, but there's a boat dock and a swimming platform, so it would offer great lake access in the summer. The hot tub was clean and the fireplace was great, plus there was more wood for us to burn than we ever could've burned, stacked and ready to use. The only feedback I could offer would be to add curtains to the sliding glass doors. We will definitely book this again when come back for our next visit.

Tree house

Great house! Terry answered all of our questions quickly. Had everything we needed and more! Loved the lake view and we were only minutes away from the Hot Springs National Park. Room enough for all of us and the teens enjoyed the movie screen and the paddle boards. Great time had by all.

Perfect getaway

My family and I enjoyed our vacation at the tree house! The house is very well stocked with kitchen equipment, spices, and towels. The house was very clean, the owner was easy to communicate with as well. I would most definitely recommend this house for a lake vacation!

Another wonderful stay!

This was our 2nd time at the Treehouse and we enjoyed it just as much as the first! The location is perfect, a peaceful quiet neighborhood. The kids enjoyed jumping off the swim dock and using the paddle boards! The hot tub makes it even better. We enjoyed the new pizza oven for homemade pizza! The home is clean and comfortable, with plenty of space for our group of 9. We will definitely be back!

Beautiful views!

Nice home, beautiful views and wonderful deck areas! The only suggestion I would have is to add some mirrors to the bedrooms, possibly floor length. The upstairs only has 1 mirror in the bathroom and with 4 adults trying to get ready mirrors in the bedrooms would have helped. But definitely would recommend this home!

Beautiful Property, Responsive Host

I stayed with family at Terry's house on the lake for the eclipse. He communicated well and the house was lovely and well-stocked. The location is peaceful and beautiful, and I'd recommend it to anyone.

Great Spring Trip Stay w/ Family

We had the BEST time staying at this house. It was 6 adults (2 seniors) and 5 kids(12,10,10,6,6). The three king beds were some of the best beds we've all stayed in. The kids loved the downstairs areas, and all of the bathrooms were super nice. The extra half bath on the main level was clutch. The house was super clean and the awesome host left us a sweet welcome gift. Thank you Terry the kids were happy! We loved the outdoor area and spent a lot of time enjoying the beautiful views. Paddle boards and hot tub were a huge hit and the kids enjoyed the outdoor movie night. The kids have all asked if we can come back to this EXACT house :) Thank you for letting enjoy Hot Springs and stay at your beautiful house!

Nice place for family

We needed a central place for family to gather for an early Thanksgiving. The kitchen is very well stocked and has lots of counter space. The home is nice and in a quiet neighborhood. The host is very thoughtful and helpful.

Wow! One of the best vacation spots 5 STARS

We will definitely continue to frequent this property, it’s absolutely wonderful. House was very clean, spacious and had everything we needed and more. The location was great and the views amazing. We loved the hot tub at night enjoying the views off the huge deck. Grilling dinner and sitting watching the boats go by while the kids used the paddle boards and swam right below was just what the Dr. ordered. Such a memorable family vacation full of rest and relaxation. The owners were great to work and communicate with. Hoping to book our next trip soon!!
