Very Good

The goods : The place was great, located on a mountain looking at beautiful valley. The place has nice media room, nice bads and open hall which kids enjoyed. Neiborhood is great, safe and quiet. It very near from main attractions in hot springs, grocery stores and restaurants.
The Not so good: home had few wasps in 2 bathrooms, may be folks stayed there before let door/windows open. otherwise place was clean. The listing had so many inaccuracies, the checkout time on verbs fine for staying extra time, garbage disposal instruction etc etc was not in sync at all each email/text I received said different things. The property had less supplies (replacement garbage bag, towels, extra bedsheets/blackets), it was just enough but other vacation homes for similar price had abundance of supply so you don't have to ration it :P and proper manager were curious but had zero flexibility !
First of all, it was an absolutely beautiful location. The view was breathtaking, and the house worked well for our large group of 3 families with small children and one grandfather. Check in was easy and it had been cleaned well for our stay. The movie room was a pretty fun perk. It was too cold for the pool, but I'm sure we would have enjoyed that as well.
We did have a few minor issues with the house. It's a nice house, but some of the updates seemed to have been done poorly. The vinyl floors in the living room and kitchen weren't installed well, were loose, and there were gaps everywhere. Also, whoever decorated seemed to have done so a bit carelessly. Wall art was hung crookedly and in weird places. The downstairs bathroom attached to the room with the bunks was in major need of an update. A few easily changeable things... there were red wasps all around the deck, but hopefully that will be taken care of soon. Pots and pans and coffee machine needed to have been replaced.
Overall, we enjoyed our stay, and LOVED the view and the size of the house.
First of all, this has to be the one of the nicest Vrbos we've ever stayed in. The view is just *chef's kiss.* The house was big enough for 9 people with plenty of room for people to do their own thing or to come together in shared spaces. The beds were comfortable, the house was clean, and check-in/out instructions were clear.
The only issues we had were minor. The directions for the remote for the projector weren't correct as the original remote had been replaced by an universal one. The projector worked great, we just couldn't get the apps to play. There's a HDMI cable to hook up your own device, so we just did that. The strangest issue was that there were two washers but no dryer. We just hung our towels outside to dry.
One of the most impressive things about the house was how responsive they were whenever we had a question. Even at night, we often got a response within minutes. It was also really nice how communicative they were about things we needed to know, such as ensuring we had all the codes needed to get in or giving us a head's up about utilities work on the main road. I would definitely use this company again for a future stay.

PLEASE READ THE DESCRIPTION CAREFULLY AND THIS REVIEW AND THE OTHERS, GOOD AND NEGATIVE BEFORE
We spent this week here as a family(13 of us) for my in-laws 50th anniversary celebration.
PROS-
Location
The view was amazing with the wrap around deck & chairs to enjoy the outdoors.
The pool was nice for the kiddos to enjoy.
The game/movie room was a plus for sure to enjoy time together.
The open floor plan with space is always nice.
The air conditioning worked well except top bunks
CONS-
The house needs a lot of work.
Ice maker wasn’t working (which is now noted in description as of today, they offered ice).
The pots and pans are so worn we didn’t feel comfortable using most of them to cook with. Some of the utensils also. The dishwasher didn’t seem to warm up enough to clean the dishes.
NO DRYER ON PROPERTY BUT TWO WASHERS(which WAS NOT noted on the description before today & had been listed in multiple place that there was one)
Cleanliness-Floors looked to not have been mopped in months as our children’s feet turned black the first hour we were there. The air intakes were filthy. I will say they did offer to have someone come in and clean but that would have invaded our family time. It should have been done before we arrived. Had workers come to the house to do things(clean the pool & work on the WiFi) WITHOUT any warning of them coming.
The top bunks on the “3rd” floor were not able to be used as it was too hot (100*+). The kids ended up sleeping in the living room as they were too young to sleep in the game room. Enjoyed being with family but WON’T be staying again!
My family loved this place and enjoyed ourselves. What I love the most is the property manager communication the entire process. It is a beautiful place and set up.. you will not be disappointed .. planning to come back during the summer.
Great time was had at this beautiful property. I booked this over a year in advance and there were some hiccups a day or before the trip with verifying my payment and requests for additional money. These were all straightened out, but an easier line of communication with the rental agency would have made this stay perfect.
The view was beautiful! We enjoyed our stay, especially the theater room! This home has so much potential, it just needs TLC. Seems like there were quite a few little things damaged or worn out (bbq grill bottom rusted out, bunk ladder broken, water damage, bad boards in deck and more small things) but none of it added up in a way that ruined the trip. We had plenty of space, and the beds were comfortable. The road up the mountain was narrow and winding but with a view like that it’s 100% worth everything.
