Fabulous lake home!

We had nine people in town for a celebration of life ceremony and wanted to be together. This home was perfect and able to accommodate us perfectly. It was well equipped and in a great location!

Property was "as advertised". Clean, scenic, very comfortable accommodations. This was our second time to stay here and we will stay again next year if the property is available.

Lovely lakefront property

Beautiful house on the lake and a gorgeous large deck with a lot of seating to enjoy meals outside. Owners were very prompt with communication and also providing recommendations and information about the area. Well equipped kitchen and all furniture was also very comfortable and well thought off. We really enjoyed our stay and will definitely recommend it and hope to return.

Family Vacation

Perfect getaway location. I was with my 8 adult children and the home fit us perfectly. Lots of kitchen space and amenities in the kitchen. Two really big decks to relax on and watch boats on lake. We used the dock to swim off of and rented a pontoon for 1 day. Lake Hamilton is a beautiful lake.

Awesome place on the lake!

The house & grounds are lovely! Great view of the lake. Driveway is a little steep but not bad at all! More than enough parking. Very well stocked with everything you need! Had 9 of us & there were plenty of towels, etc. Did not have to buy a thing! Owners are very responsive and helpful! Will definitely stay again!

Family vacation round 2

This was our second time staying at this property. The house was exactly as advertised once again. Everyone was comfortable, beds are fine, kitchen is very well stocked. Loved the new decking on the upper deck. Owners are very responsive even after a horrible hail storm came through. Very nice of them to check on our welfare and offered to tape up some broken windshields. Despite the storm, we really enjoyed our stay and planning to stay again in the future.

Beautiful Location

This house is located in such a super area. The views from the deck are spectacular. The neighborhood was very quiet during our October weekend. The kitchen area is so very large and accomodated our 8 family members wonderfully. We loved the space for our entire family. Kim was very responsive on communications. The Neighborhood Walmart was just 5 minutes away for anything you might need. I would recommend this house if you have a large group which needs plenty of space.

Wonderful experience!

The house was very clean, extremely spacious and had everything we needed. Three families with a total of 5 adults and 4 kids. Everyone had plenty of space for everything they needed included eating space and seating. Everything we needed to cook full meals and grill was there. The kids had a blast swimming off of the dock, playing pool and playing cards at the card/game table. We rented a boat and had absolutely no problems getting it to the boat slip, worked out perfectly. Kim and Adam were absolutely great to work with and answered any and all questions almost immediately. Would definitely recommend this wonderful house to anyone!

Perfect weekend!

It was my daughter's 30th birthday on Saturday and she chose this location as a midway point for our family to gather to celebrate it. We had family drive in from Texas and Illinois. This property was everything we had hoped for and more!!! The house had plenty of bedroom and bathroom space for all of us and the open living room/dining room/ kitchen area with the beautiful view of the lake was perfect to gather in! The very large deck was a great spot for us to enjoy coffee in the morning and appetizers and cocktails in the afternoon while enjoy the fall air and view of the lake! The guys enjoyed the pool table on the lower level and my daughter-in-law enjoyed the fireplace in the living room! The place was clean and fully stocked with anything you could possibly need and the decor was adorable! A very comfortable and welcoming home! I wish we could have spent more time there ... none of us wanted to leave :). Kim was amazing to deal with and extremely flexible and accommodating to our needs and was quick to respond to the many questions I had! I would absolutely stay here again and am hoping to make this a yearly rendezvous location for our family! I am recommending a stay there to all of my friends and family that ask about it!! If you are considering this home do it! I promise you, you will not regret it!!

Family reunion

The whole family(3 generations)loved the house, the lake, the town. Everyone was comfortable, the beds, bathrooms, and the kitchen was especially nice. The owners checked on us during our stay and gave us all the info we needed. This was our best VRBO experience by far. Already planning next years trip to the same property.

Motorcycle trip to Hot Springs

We completely enjoyed our stay. The home was wonderful and fit our needs perfectly. With five bedrooms and four full bathrooms we were never in each other’s way. Appreciated the fully furnished kitchen, large shaded deck, relaxing in the living room, ample parking and quiet neighborhood. The bonus however was the lake and boat dock which we took the opportunity to swim off. Highly recommend.

PERFECT for large family!

We absolutely loved our 4th of July weekend on the lake! The house is big & roomy with tons of seating. Best stocked kitchen of any rental I’ve used. The yard, lake & amazing views are exactly as shown in the listing pictures! It’s perfect to house your boats & spend time on the dock watching the kids swim or fish! There is something for everyone. We will definitely book this rental again in the future.

Dad's Celebration of Life

All of Dad's kids, grandkids and great grandkids gathered to celebrate his 96 years on this earth. The house was perfectly set up for all the families with lots of space and activities (pool table and game/TV room). The kitchen had more dishes and cookware than you could even imagine. Lots of towels. The lake view was nice. The ladies had a spa outing and some of the guys played golf. Lots of memories from snow to warm days to playing with the cousins (both old and young). We loved it and may just come back during the summer so we could swim off the dock!
