I rated communication low because management or ownership didn't notify us that swimming pool was secured for repairs until arrival day, and I may have canceled if given more time before or during our cancelation time frame because pool was one amenities I was really needing for this trip not on beachfront! "The property was amazing, it had the cabin feel with a family of deer in the front yard every evening but was still in walking distance of downtown hot springs. The host was very responsive, checking in on us through messages, throughout the visit to ensure everything was going great. Would definitely recommend and will be using this location again in the future"

Loved the closeness to downtown, so if needed to run back to drop the dog off or grab a quick lunch, it was absolutely not a problem. Being Pet friendly was also a blessing.
