14 Guindola Way is a nicely remodeled home convenient to shops, restaurants, full service marina and Balbo Beach area. The home has a game room, nicely furnished living room with HDTV and recliner and a modern kitchen. The all seasons room has dining for 8. The master bedroom has a queen bed with HDTV and the master bathroom has a tub/shower with a large walk in closet. There is a half bath and utility room with full sized washer and dryer just off of the kitchen. Downstairs is a bedroom with a queen bed and the second bedroom has a twin with a bunk bed with full size on the lower bunk. There is a large garage with a ping pong table. This home is between Balboa and Magellan golf courses and just minutes from Ponce, Granada and Isabella golf courses.

Beautiful home

Wihat the listing does not state is that this house has a very steep driveway. Also the instructions that were given to us said it was 12 miles from the check-in point to the house. You don't get to use all of the gates available you only get a pass for two of the gates and one of those closes at 10 PM.The house itself is beautiful and has a gorgeous view of Lake Balboa but all the extra driving into Hot Springs and back to the correct gate was a hassle.There is a lot of glass and hardly any curtains even above the toilet in the master bath.
