The beach provides covered picnic tables, grills, fishing peers & direct access to miles of walk/bike trails along lakes, golf courses & woods. A great and very comfortable property and very newly remodeled it seemed. Would think more for non-children and adults only due to potential breakables? Being "older-65ish", probably more modern/updated than we would have preferred as far as kitchen and furniture but is AN OUTSTANDING PROPERTY and WONDERFUL agent/contact to deal with. Would highly recomend staying here. Lovely sitting on porch watching the golfers go by playing below us.

Fantastic Stay
This is a wonderful and beautiful place to stay! It was a nice retreat after battling the crowds of historic Hot Springs and had everything you could need to be comfortable. Stephanie is a fantastic host and was communicative, responsive and provided some local tips that we appreciated and took heed of! We would stay here again without hesitation.

Perfect HSV Experience
The property is exceptionally clean, fully updated, with beautiful views and an amazing host. My favorite thing about it was waking up and walking out to the porch to sit and enjoy my morning with the great view. I would absolutely rent this property again after this experience.
