Relax and unwind on “The Point”, where peace, quiet and wide-open sights reconnect you with nature. Melt into the lake with gorgeous views from the large outdoor patio, the Arkansas Room, and every major room in the house. Nature abounds right off the yard with ducks, geese, herons, eagles and songbirds in abundance. Fishing is fantastic off the boat dock and off the 250' long rock wall where chunky bass, bream and huge catfish (including 50 pounders!) have been caught. Take a float/swim off our dock or frolic in the giant backyard where golfers can practice their swing.

Park in a huge driveway and enjoy this clean, one-story, 2700 sq-ft house with 3 bedrooms and 2 baths. Its spacious interior design and vaulted ceilings fit lakeside living. There’s a TV in every primary room and a fully furnished kitchen for those home-cooked meals. Tired after a morning adventure? No worries, the Arkansas Room beckons for a nap in the daybed. If the Weber Grill calls your name, go for it! The back patio is shaded all evening, perfect for good food, good conversation and a glass of wine.

A large sandy beach along with pontoon and kayak rentals are available at the east end of Lake Balboa.

“The Point” is only minutes from some of Arkansas’s best golf courses and other amenities like pickleball, tennis and hiking.

Guests may only enter through 2 of the gates - Be sure to read the instructions carefully to ensure a hassle free commute and check in. 

The world-famous Hot Springs Bath Houses & Spas, Oak Lawn Casino and Horse Racing are all only about 30 minutes away.

Hot Springs Village is a gated community located about 25 minutes from Hot Springs. You will need to stop, show the gate guard your booking confirmation, and they will give you a pass for your car. These are the only 2 gates that guests are allowed to enter through. You are in the mountains and cell signal could be hit or miss so we strongly encourage you to print the directions.

You can purchase a "5 Visit" pass card. This is an easy and inexpensive way for you to sample some of our most fun activities. The passes can be purchased at The Coronado Fitness Center, POA (Property Owners Association), or our Remax office. You get any combination of five visits to these Hot Springs Village recreational amenities:
