Really enjoyed staying here. Did not have the hot tub that was listed on amenities, but really enjoy the quiet atmosphere, would highly recommend this place.

Long weekend stay just to relax and enjoy the outdoors. House is beautiful and quite comfortable. It is perfectly located and well stocked and kept up. Would definitely visit again!

Great getaway

We had a great time! The house was very clean, comfortable and we couldn't believe how well equipped the house was. The kitchen had everything, even sharp knives! Beds were very comfortable and the bathrooms were very nice again well stocked. Hot Springs Village is beautiful but be prepared for steep and winding roads. We'll be back.

Quiet haven

We really enjoyed our stay here. The house was beautiful and very clean. There was only 2 of us and our small dog. I would definitely stay here again in the future and bring more people next time since I know there is plenty of room.

Golf trip

Overall the trip was good. The issue was the house had an A/C problem that was known but not communicating to us until the day of check in. Would have been nice to have been told that as soon as they knew.

Wonderful Treasure!

We have six children, so we needed to find a place that could comfortably house our family; I grew up in Hot Springs Village and it was wonderful to show my kids where I lived and just how lovely The Village is. This house was PERFECT for us. Three living areas and comfortable, clean beds and spaces. The kitchen was wonderful! We just loved it!

Ladies trip

We were so pleased with our stay. Such a clean and spacious home. Beautiful neighborhood. We enjoyed the pool by the clubhouse/golf course. The kitchen is stocked with what ever you need to cook. The only thing that is concerning is walk to the water. You definitely need to be in shape if you go down to the water. I walked diwn to drink my coffee in the morning but, the walk bak up is very strenuous. I do rate this place an A+. Thank you

Beautiful property, could use an upstairs bath room. A few hiccups, but were resolved. Overall nice house, just away from town. Very dangerous to go down and visit the lake.

Beautiful home in the Arkansas forest, close to the lake. The one family was disappointed there was no ensuite bathroom in the loft bedroom. Otherwise, everything you would need was provided.

Family quality time together

Spending time with our youngest, we wanted something unique. Trying to find quality time with him has been hard. So finding a special place was a must. We also celebrated 1 yr of grandpa passing, so invited some his village friends over for a little get together. We enjoyed our time together. Thank you for sharing your home.

Family vacation

The property was amazing! We loved our stay! We had a hiccup in our check in, our provided passcode didn’t work, and after waiting an hour after our first phone call we called back and were quickly given a passcode to get in! The lake access is quite steep and a hard climb back up, so we didn’t not go down except maybe twice to see the view. The beds were very comfortable and the home had everything we needed to cook every night and just relax. We enjoyed the game room and board games as well as the comfort of having the tv to relax and watch movies in the evening! A plus was it being pet friendly and is being able to have our fur babies with us on vacation! When we go back we will be booking this home again!

The view was amazing from both outdoor patios. The house was very nice. Very pretty and clean. There was a lot of room for us to spread out or be in the same room at the same time. It would be nice to have a half bath on the upper level. The game rooms were well stocked. The lower level TV has limited channels but we connected to our own services. So nice to have the kayaks. The worst part of the stay was the VERY STEEP hill down to the pier. It was too steep for some of us. Also, only the front burners on the outdoor grill worked. The home is conveniently located near lots of activities at the village and in Hot Springs.

Above and beyond property

I carefully comment about properties as I use the comments and ratings to select places to stay. This property was well above and beyond expectations. I wish we would have taken friends to enjoy with. Small details in the kitchen were appreciated for our wi me, coffee and grilling each afternoon. Two fantastic balconies overlooking a very quiet and peaceful lake. Hiking trails close. Restaurants close. All that you need. One of the two best properties we have rented in the 10 years we have used this site. Thank you. We are rested.

Wonderful Vacation Home!

We would definitely recommend this home to anyone looking for a quite getaway. In our family vacation we had ages 15, 17, 20, 44, 45, 47, 71 and 72. We relaxed enjoyed the view, enjoyed walks with the beautiful scenery and had fun on the lake with the kayaks. We do a family vacation every year and have learned we need to take condiments, shampoo, conditioner, might need to make adjustments to meal plans based on lack of pots and pans. This home was pleasantly surprising with a ton of extra spices, cooking oil, big boiling pot, shampoo, conditioner, laundry detergent, extra blankets. This house had everything and more!!! Not to mention a wonderful variety of games! The manager, Jessica, was quick to respond to any questions and was SO KIND! THANK YOU for sharing your beautiful home with our family!

Great family house

This was our first trip to Hot Springs area and stay in HSV. The village is a little ways out from Hot Springs proper so keep that in mind if booking. Beautiful home with lots of amenities. Loves the balconies. As other reviews state, the ramp down to the dock is very, very steep. Watch out for chiggers if you go off the path… a few of us got into some while exploring the property outside. Most of the house stays very cool with the AC, except the upstairs loft bedroom which other reviews stated as well. That room could definitely use a window or wall unit. The one vent in there does not cut it. Other than, great stay and would book again.

Beautiful home in a cool area

The house was beautiful and clean. They did a good job foe the most part with the amenities but major miss on the lack of coffee especially cause I reached our days before with questions about it and they didn’t respond until 8 hours after check in. The house is on a hill which is beautiful but dangerous hill to get down. The grill was great but paddle ball and bath tub didn’t work properly. Also you’re like 12 minutes from where the security is so not close to anythinf. And no cable. But if you want a nice weekend away away from it all it’s great!
