- Lakefront home with Boat Dock, and Swim deck. The expansive deck stretches the entire length of the home. This home has 2 master BR`s, one master leads to the deck and has a sitting area. You will also find 5 smart TV`s for streaming. Whether you’re looking for a girls/gals retreat, family vacay, fishing from the backyard dock, golf, BBQ and chill, or an elegant dinner Rest & Refresh has it ALL!!
Peaceful quiet neighborhood great for scenic walks. Large deck with fire pit, or enjoy time on the covered boat dock. Stocked kitchen, 5 Smart TV’s, Free Kayaks, several smart recliners in LR.

Load and start the dishwasher
Gather used towels and store extra beds
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Put all trash in trash bags and place in trash bins by the garage. No loose trash. If your stay includes a Tuesday, please pull trash bin to the road for an early Wednesday morning pickup.
Put used towels in laundry room. Turn off all lights indoors and outdoors. Check deck and swim dock for personal belongings. No folding chairs should be left on the swim dock.
